To browse the product assortment, scroll through the Home Page and click on products to view details.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
In order to purchase an item, you must first add it to your shopping cart. You can click “Your Order” at any time, located on the top right navigation bar, to update your shopping cart contents.
Once you have selected the product and specified size and/or quantity, click the Add to Cart button. You will see the product appear in your Shopping Cart. This Shopping Cart will expand to include all of your selections and it also allows you to remove or update those selections by clicking on the Remove button or by clicking on the product name to take you back to the product detail page, where changes can be made.
Colonel & Co. currently only accepts payments via Credit Card. Credit Cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
Submitting Your Order
When you are finished shopping, click on the Check Out button.
- The Customer Information Page will be displayed. Verify your email address and Shipping Information.
- Click “Continue to shipping method” to select a Shipping Method.
- Click “Continue to payment method” to select a Payment method. Enter Credit Card details. Confirm your billing address.
- Click “Complete Order” once fields have been entered.
- Once you have placed your order, a purchase confirmation will be displayed and emailed to the address provided. Exit the store or continue shopping.
Exchange and Return Policy
Colonel & Co. currently accepts only returns at this time. No exchanges. If the merchandise does not meet your expectations within 30 days of when you receive the order, we will gladly accept the return for a refund. To request a return please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we currently do not provide shipping labels for return, or cover shipping costs. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer for the return to be accepted.

Shipping & Handling
Your in-stock merchandise order will be processed and shipped shortly after receipt. All orders will, unless otherwise specified, be shipped within 5 business days via the shipping method you have selected.
